3Q™ Core – Internal Certification and Technology & Programs Protection

The 3Q™ Core Label represents the internal certification nucleus of ECOSYSTEM VLG World.

It ensures that every technology, program, label, or framework developed within the ecosystem complies with the ethical, legal, and quantum principles defined by ECOSYSTEM VLG world RULES and validated by the Quantum Ethics & Certification Committee (QECC).

3Q™ Core not only protects creations originating from ECOSYSTEM VLG world but also guarantees their integrity, traceability, and systemic compliance.
It acts as a sovereign certification layer, an internal seal of trust, and a guardian of living coherence and quantum integrity within technology.

1. Purpose

The purpose of 3Q™ Core is to:

• Protect innovations from misuse, counterfeiting, or distortion.
• Guarantee coherence between REED values, C.Q.S./A.Q.S. logic, and all technologies developed.
• Unify evaluation standards across all branches: GOOD, Quantum, Water, REED, 100, and Abundance University.
• Ensure full traceability through the Label Copyrights Registry and its linked archives (Zenodo / GitHub).

2. Scope of Application

3Q™ Core certification applies to all creations and projects governed by ECOSYSTEM VLG World RULES:

• Technologies and frameworks (e.g. TORUS, Q-Vortex, Label Water, REED Systems).
• Software, AI modules, hardware, or hybrid devices.
• Educational or community programs (Abundance University, REED Hands).
• Ethical and governance architectures (REED, QSS™, QEM™).

3. Certification Process

Each project follows a four-step procedure:

1. Submission – certification file sent to ECOSYSTEM VLG world RULES HQ (documentation, objectives, usage context).
2. Evaluation – verification of ethical, systemic, and quantum criteria based on C.Q.S./A.Q.S. and QEM™ matrices.
3. Decision – assignment of 3Q™ Core certification level and recommendations.
4. Traceability – official registration in the Copyrights Label Registry with a unique ID and timestamp.

Certificates are valid for three years, renewable after audit.

4. Evaluation Criteria

Evaluation is based on the Q.S.S. (Quantum Spirals Standars) matrix crossed with the QEM™ (Quantum Ethics Matrix).

5. Authorized / Prohibited Uses

Authorized:

• Internal use within ECOSYSTEM VLG world programs (REED, Quantum, Water, Abundance, etc.).
• Partial reproduction for educational or demonstrative purposes with full label citation.
• Adaptation under direct supervision of ECOSYSTEM VLG world RULES.

Prohibited:

• Commercial use without written authorization.
• Modification, deletion, or concealment of origin mentions.
• Integration into external systems or products without 3Q™ validation.

Any breach results in immediate suspension of certification, and repeated violations lead to Registry delisting.

6. Governance and Oversight

• ECOSYSTEM VLG world RULES HQ – Executive certification body, responsible for audits and traceability.
• QECC (Quantum Ethics & Certification Committee) – Expert body ensuring ethical and technical integrity.
• ECOSYSTEM VLG world RULES: creates rules and implements recommendations in accordance with operational compliance rules.

Each certification includes a confidential internal report and a timestamped public excerpt.

7. Alignment with C.Q.S. / A.Q.S.

3Q™ Core aligns with the ten C.Q.S. pillars, particularly:

• Origin & Vision – preservation of creative intention.
• Resources – activation of living and shared knowledge.
• Consciousness – maintenance of frequency and systemic coherence.

The A.Q.S. provides its practical translation into educational, technological, and humanitarian domains.

8. Examples of 3Q™ Core Certified Projects

• TORUS Quantum Security Framework – symbolic and quantum cybersecurity (Apache 2.0 / VLG Extension).

9. Mentions and Traceability

Each certified project must display the following mention:
