Master & 3Q™ – Core Certification Axis
The Master & 3Q™ Certification represents the highest level of ethical, systemic, and quantum validation within ECOSYSTEM VLG World.
It combines two complementary layers
- Master Certification – the structural framework defining the rules, governance, and methodology for all certifications.
- 3Q™ Label (Quantum Quality Quotation) – the ethical, quantum, and quality validation ensuring coherence, traceability, and trust in technologies and programs.
Together, they form the core certification axis of ECOSYSTEM VLG World, guaranteeing that every certified project embodies REED philosophy, quantum ethics, and systemic coherence.
1. Master Certification – Governance Framework
The Master Certification acts as the structural foundation of all validation processes.
It defines how certification is governed, evaluated, and updated across the ecosystem.
Key Functions:
- Establishes the certification code of conduct under RULES.
- Aligns certification criteria with C.Q.S. (Community Quantum Spirals) and A.Q.S. (Applied Quantum Spirals).
- Integrates cross-domain evaluations (ethical, systemic, legal, technical).
- Harmonizes validation methods across all Labels (Copyrights, 3Q™, SQS™, QEM™).
- Ensures traceability through Copyrights Label Registry and DOI/Zenodo archives.
The Master layer ensures that certification evolves with new paradigms, continuously improving transparency and systemic coherence.
2. 3Q™ Label – Quantum Quality Quotation
Purpose
The 3Q™ Label certifies that technologies, frameworks, or programs meet the highest standards of:
- Quantum integrity – logical and symbolic coherence within a post-quantum context.
- Ethical compliance – adherence to REED’s living ethics and ECOSYSTEM VLG World values.
- Technical excellence – verified functionality, stability, and interoperability.
It acts as both a seal of protection for internal technologies and a reference index for trusted external solutions.
3. Structure of the 3Q™ Label

Each certification path (Core / Trust Index / Circle) follows a 4-step process:
- Submission & Pre-evaluation – review of documentation, scope, and technology type.
- Assessment – verification against Q.S.S. and QEM™ matrices (ethical, systemic, symbolic).
- Decision – ECOSYSTEM VLG world RULES HQ issues the certification or recommendations for improvement.
- Registration & Traceability – integration into the Label Copyrights Registry + DOI (Zenodo/GitHub).
5. Ranking & Reference Function
The 3Q™ Label not only certifies but also ranks technologies based on systemic quality and trust indicators.
Ranking parameters include:
- Transparency of governance.
- Compliance with quantum ethics.
- Level of systemic innovation (integration within REED/SQS frameworks).
- Verified impact (humanitarian, educational, technological).
Each referenced technology receives a 3Q™ Ranking Score, periodically reviewed by ECOSYSTEM VLG world RULES HQ and published on the 3Q™ Trust Index Platform.
6. Governance & Authority
The Master & 3Q™ Certification is governed by:
- ECOSYSTEM VLG World RULES (Switzerland) – governance, verification, and final approval.
- Quantum Ethics & Certification Committee (QECC) – multidisciplinary experts ensuring coherence and impartiality.
- ECOSYSTEM VLG World HQ – implementation, audits, and operational control.
All decisions are documented, timestamped, and auditable through the Registry.
7. Alignment with C.Q.S. / A.Q.S.
The Master & 3Q™ Certification framework is fully aligned with:
- C.Q.S. (Community Quantum Spirals) → ethical and systemic foundations.
- A.Q.S. (Applied Quantum Spirals) → practical domains (educational, technological, humanitarian, etc.).
Each certification is evaluated through a dual spiral matrix:
C.Q.S. defines the philosophical integrity.

Every certified project receives:
- A unique 3Q™ Certificate ID.
- An entry in the Copyrights Label Registry.
- Cross-references with Zenodo (CERN – OpenAIRE) and GitHub for code/documentation.
- Optional listing in the 3Q™ Trust Index Public Database.
Public summaries include project name, certification level, date, and QR traceability code.
9. Extended Vision
The 3Q™ Label is part of a broader long-term vision:
