It ensures that every technology, program, or publication complies with REED principles, the C.Q.S./A.Q.S. coherence model, and the traceability standards defined by the Copyrights Label.

How it works (4-step process)

1. Application – project submission + selection of certification path (3Q™ Core / Trust Index / Circle).
2. Evaluation – based on the C.Q.S./A.Q.S. framework, QSS™ / QEM™ matrices, and ethical-technical criteria.
3. Decision (ECOSYSTEM VLG world RULES HQ) – issuance of level, recommendations, and improvement plan.
4. Traceability – registration in the Copyrights Label Registry, with DOI/Zenodo references when applicable.

Levels & Badges

• 3Q™ Core – official VLG certification (use of 3Q™ Seal).
• 3Q™ Trust Index – external technology referencing & trust ranking.
• 3Q™ Circle – community label for user networks, pilot programs, and feedback loops.
• QSS™ / QEM™ – structural attestations (systemic / ethical coherence).

All certifications are delivered under the authority of the
Quantum Certification & Ethics Committee – ECOSYSTEM VLG World RULES HQ (Switzerland).
