3Q™ Trust Index – External Evaluation and Referencing
The 3Q™ Trust Index is the external referencing and evaluation system of the ECOSYSTEM VLG World.
It extends the internal 3Q™ Core framework to recognize, evaluate, and classify external technologies, organizations, and innovations that demonstrate excellence, ethics, and coherence with quantum-era standards.
This index acts as both a recognition platform and a quality assurance system — designed to build trust between innovators, institutions, and users.
It promotes a new model of certification where transparency, interoperability, and ethics are as important as performance or profitability.
1. Purpose
The 3Q™ Trust Index has three main missions:
- Evaluate external technologies and organizations using the 3Q™ criteria (Quantum, Quality, and Quotation).
- Recognize those meeting high ethical, systemic, and quantum standards.
- Rank and reference them publicly to encourage responsible innovation and fair competition.
It is both a technical validation tool and a bridge of trust between ECOSYSTEM VLG World and the global innovation community.
2. Who Can Apply
The 3Q™ Trust Index is open to:
- Technology companies, startups, and research laboratories.
- Academic and scientific projects with open or ethical frameworks.
- Humanitarian or environmental programs seeking ethical alignment and certification.
- Industrial partners integrating or adopting ECOSYSTEM VLG World standards (e.g., REED, Q-Vortex, TORUS).
3. Evaluation Framework
Each candidate project or technology is evaluated based on a Quantum Quality Quotation Grid (3Q™ Grid) that combines ethical, systemic, and technological indicators.

4. Certification Levels (Ranking)
The 3Q™ Trust Index defines four recognition tiers:

| 🔵 Platinum | Quantum-Ethical Excellence | Full alignment with ECOSYSTEM VLG World standards; eligible for 3Q™ Label certification. |
Projects ranked Gold or Platinum may be invited for integration into the 3Q™ Core network or eligible for internal certification.
5. Methodology
The evaluation follows a transparent, reproducible process:
- Application Submission
Candidates submit a digital dossier describing their project, technology, or process (technical specs, governance, ethical framework). - Assessment
The QECC (Quantum Ethics & Certification Committee) reviews the submission based on the 3Q™ Grid and Q.S.S. matrix. - Scoring
Quantitative and qualitative metrics determine the ranking (Bronze → Platinum). - Publication
Approved projects are listed in the 3Q™ Trust Index Database, with a short descriptive profile and verification ID.
6. Certification & Benefits
Technologies and entities listed in the 3Q™ Trust Index benefit from:
- Public visibility through the official ECOSYSTEM VLG World Registry.
- A 3Q™ Trust Certificate and verifiable Copyrights Label reference.
- Eligibility for integration into ECOSYSTEM VLG world programs and REED Hubs.
- Access to 3Q™ Circle — the global network of ethical technology partners.
7. Relationship with the Copyrights Label and QEM™
The 3Q™ Trust Index is interoperable with:
- Copyrights Label Registry – ensuring traceability, authorship, and legal protection.
- QEM™ (Quantum Ethics Matrix) – ensuring evaluation coherence with REED and S.Q.S. values.
- QSS™ (Quantum Systemic Standards) – providing the framework for cross-domain compatibility.
Together, they form a multi-layered trust architecture — protecting the origin of technologies while validating their ethical use and long-term sustainability.
8. Integration with C.Q.S. and A.Q.S.
The Trust Index directly applies the C.Q.S. pillars and A.Q.S. loops to external evaluation:
- Origin & Vision – validation of creative and ethical intent.
- Commons – recognition of shared, non-extractive innovation models.
- Cities / Meta – integration into fair governance ecosystems.
- Knowledge / Consciousness – inclusion in Abundance University programs.
This alignment ensures that each certification reflects both systemic integrity and quantum ethics.
9. Future Developments
The 3Q™ Trust Index is part of a broader program of ethical referencing and technological trust within ECOSYSTEM VLG World:
- Integration of AI-assisted scoring and traceability via blockchain/QEM protocols.
- Development of a public dashboard for open consultation.
- Expansion to sector-specific modules: cybersecurity, energy, water, and education.
