All entries in this registry are verified and certified by the
Quantum Ethics & Certification Committee (QECC) of ECOSYSTEM VLG world RULES HQ (Switzerland),
in accordance with the ethical, legal, and symbolic standards established by ECOSYSTEM VLG world RULES.

The registry is governed by a dual structure, ensuring neutrality and accountability:
